Join Braman this Sunday  -  Adolfo Cambiaso leads Crab Orchid Team

    On Sunday April 20th, the finals of the US Open Championship will be played at the International Polo Club.  Even if you have never been to a Polo match, you know Adolfo Cambiaso from the Ralph Lauren, Polo ads.  Adolfo is not only the most accomplished player in the world but he is also one of the most ruggedly handsome people you will ever see.  He is playing on Sunday, leading the Crab Orchid Team once again.
    Twelve teams have competed for the prize and now it is down to two teams on Sunday on the Stadium field of the International Polo Club in Wellington.  
    Crab Orchard and Las Monjitas will face each other for the most coveted prize in Polo.  Polo isn’t just about good looking and athletic players, it is about the horses who work each day to make their players perform the feats, and the shots that make polo the exciting sport that it is.  
    Each Sunday, a Polo horse is awarded the prize of the “Most Valuable Player” in recognition of their performance in the game.  Without these amazing athletes there would be no Polo.  Polo has been played for over 3000 years.
    The most famous General of World War II, General George S Patton, had his own Polo team and played wherever he was stationed against other Military and non military teams.
    In recognition of the elegance, the tradition and the beauty of Polo, Braman Motorcars has sponsored this year's season of Polo at the International Polo Club.  While there is little in nature that can match the elegance of the movement of horses across a field that is 900 yards long , there is a parallel in human engineering and horsepower in the automobiles produced by Bentley, Rolls Royce, Audi, BMW, Mini and Porsche.
